Congressman Pappas sent remarks that read in part:

Since its establishment, NEFF has made sure our land is given an opportunity to thrive. Its tireless efforts to protect our forests, wildlife habitats, and ecosystems is not only commendable but necessary. Throughout the years, NEFF has stayed true to their mission of preserving the natural beauty of New England by creating a comprehensive conservation strategy, based around climate-smart forestry.

Thank you to all the staff and volunteers who have made today’s event possible. I wish the New England Forestry Foundation all the best in their future endeavors and look forward to watching its continued success.
