Timber Harvest Tour

Rocky Pond Community Forest | Boylston, MA – May. 18, 2018, 8:00 am

Interested in what’s happening on New England Forestry Foundation land? Curious about how foresters choose which trees to harvest, and where the trees are headed?

Please join us for a tour of the upcoming timber harvest at Rocky Pond Community Forest. This walk is an excellent opportunity for local residents to learn more about how we conserve and manage our lands throughout New England, as well as ask any questions about the harvest.

Meet at the trailhead on Green St. (roughly 468 Green St. on Google or GPS). The walk will go on rain or shine. For more information, please contact Chris at cpryor@newenglandforestry.org or by phone at 978-952-6856 ext. 107.
