New England Forestry Foundation (NEFF) has been featured on an episode of Chronicle, a Boston-based TV show about all things New England. The segment focuses on our own Exemplary Forestry standards, forestry and recreation in the Maine North Woods, and how sustainable local wood can be used in gorgeous buildings like the UMass Olver Design Building. NEFF Executive Director Bob Perschel and NEFF Senior Forest Science and Policy Fellow Alec Giffen headed north for the shoot, which included filming the vast North Woods from the air in a small plane and visiting Appalachian Mountain Club lands.
